Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order verification requirements, and shipping destination.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Orders are shipped to approved delivery locations within authorized service areas.
- Additional verification may be required for certain accounts before shipment.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information, including shipping addresses, quantities, and product selections before submitting an order. Spectrum Antimicrobials is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate information provided during checkout.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Retain all packaging materials and shipping documentation to assist with any carrier investigation or claim process.
Returns
Due to the nature of medical and healthcare-related products, returns may be subject to restrictions and approval requirements. Products must generally be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be considered for return.
Return requests must be submitted within a reasonable period following receipt of the order and may require proof of purchase and authorization from Spectrum Antimicrobials before any product is returned.

Refunds

Order Cancellations
